Follow the status of your order with your order number and email address. - 2. CanvasPeople shoppers are everywhere,
but generally, shipping rates start at between $14.95 to $24.95 depending upon the size of the canvas you have ordered and they will appear on your screen as you place your order, before you complete your order... no surprises! - 3. Hold on tight, your canvas is coming!
We ship standard postage using FedEx and USPS. For faster delivery we also offer the following express shipping options: Express and Priority.*
Orders are generally delivered in 7 - 10 business days.* Please allow additional time if you enhance your photo with a Special Effect or for deliveries outside the continental U.S.
Please note that during holidays it may take slightly longer due to increased volume.
To ensure your canvas arrives when you need it, order 10 - 12 business days early to account for shipping.
*Production times may vary if provided photo does not meet resolution requirements.
*Choosing an express shipping option at checkout will provide a range of estimated delivery dates. - 4. We ship internationally
and additional international costs will show up as you place order. We do our best to get your Canvas order to anyone, anywhere, at the best rates we can provide. - 5. We ship using Fed Ex ground delivery
on canvases sized 16 x 16 and larger. Anything smaller ships with FedEx SmartPost. Orders are generally delivered in 7 - 10 business days.* Please allow additional time if you enhance your photo with a Special Effect or for deliveries outside the continental U.S.

We always send a confirmation receipt, however, it may end up in your spam or junk file. Please make us a "trusted sender" in your email program. C’mon, you can trust CanvasPeople! - 7. Our sizes are on the website,
and soon we’ll be offering custom sizes- you’ll have even more Canvas options. - 8. A sneak peek... Our cropping frame shows how
your canvas will look, and crops according to the dimensions of your photo. You may have to try re-cropping in your photo editing program to reduce the size of the photo before you upload it for your order. You may need to scroll up to see the cropping frame again, after you select your size, so you can see exactly how your canvas will look. - 9. All of our canvases are gallery wrapped
around a stretch bar and are 5/8 inch in depth. Keep that in mind when you upload your photo- keep the good stuff near the center of the photo. - 10. We do not have a gift receipt option, but we include
only the packing slip, and it does not have prices on it. No one will ever know what a great deal you got!
